1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the instant access nature of digital services, all subscription fees (including monthly/annual fees) are considered final transactions once paid and are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to: unused subscription periods, insufficient account usage, cancellation for personal reasons, or service features that meet the description but do not meet user expectations.
2. Subscription Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Cancellation stops future automatic renewals, not the current subscription period
- Your points and access remain valid until the end of your current billing period
- Similar to video streaming services, you retain access until the subscription period ends
3. Service Interruption Handling
In case of major service interruptions:
- Service interruptions lasting over 72 hours (non-force majeure) may qualify for equivalent service time compensation
- This compensation is the sole remedy and does not involve cash refunds
- Minor interruptions or scheduled maintenance do not qualify for compensation
4. Dispute Resolution
If you have any questions about charges, please contact us within 7 business days:
- Contact support@aiqwen.cc with your transaction ID
- Provide charge receipts and problem description
- We will investigate and provide a written response within 15 business days
- All dispute resolutions are final
5. Policy Modification Rights
Qwen Image reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Modified policies take effect immediately upon publication on the website.
