• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the prompts you create. Generated images are subject to the license type associated with your subscription plan. We retain the right to use anonymized usage data to improve our services.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
